Actual large mount McCulloch bars are getting harder to find.All my longer bars,32,36 and 48' came from e-bay.The roller nose which is still used by Canon on custom bars was supposed to be better for racing conditions.Weather that's true or not is debated. On that 797 it wouldn't make a difference what you ran,a hard nose would work. This McCulloch 797 super, is most definetly one of the strongest saws I have, oh and i love McCulloch power saws alot and all my subscribers they darn cool.
